- Please do not send cash in the mail. I can not be held responsible if a cash payment gets lost. When your payment arrives, your book(s) will be shipped AIR MAIL at the earliest convenience. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Normally, 2 weeks should be the max, unless I run low on stock, in which case I will notify you through email and ask how you wish to proceed. I always try to keep adequate stock on hand.
- Money orders are also accepted in Canadian dollars only, providing they are cashable without fees at a Canadian bank. American citizens can check with their banking institutions to ensure an International Money Order in Canadian dollars can be drawn on a Canadian bank without fees. Please request an "International Money Order." Money orders cashable within the United States can not be accepted in Canadian banks or post offices and must be returned.
- Payments in Canadian dollars must ship to Canadian addresses, and payments in American dollars must ship to U.S. addresses, due to the higher cost of shipping to the U.S.
